CTCP & CTP
This is a pre-press technology, where an image created on a computer application is output directly to a printing plate. This avoids potential losses in quality and increases sharpness and detail. We have Doie CTCP (China) and Agfa (Germany) machines in our factory. Therefore, we have the flexibility to switch between thermal and UV plates.
CUTTING & SLITTING
We have roll cutters and slitters from Dayuan (China) to give 0.5mm paper cutting precision which supports high speed uninterrupted prints runs.
PAPER CUTTERS
Our paper cutters are from POLAR-Mohr (Germany) which are fully automatic and extremely sophisticated to give fine and precise cutting edges
PAPER TEXTURE
Paper texture is an essential process when brands want solutions against imitation. We can use this technology and our expertise to develop customized texture patterns which cannot be imitated.

SCREEN PRINTING
We have screen printing lines from Sakurai (Japan), ESC [Europa Siebdruck Centrum] (Germany) and Drying systems from Natgraph (UK). We specialize invariant printing effects using UV inks. Some of the effects we commonly undergo are spot UV coating, sand UV, drip-off technique, screen printing, pearl coating, velvety texture coating, Aqua coating
etc.
HOLOGRAPHIC EFFECTS
It is vital to use holographic foil impressions to curb product imitation. We offer specialized machinery and custom design facility

UV & METTALIZED PRINTING
With anilox rollers & TRESU chamber doctor blade system we have the ability to print on non porous substrates by curing ink through IST intradeck UV dryers. We can definitely print on applications such as plastic films and metalized PET through very sophisticated technology. We have the USP to enhance your products with specialty coatings such as drip-off, soft touch, satin, matte, gloss and various other special effects in one pass.
CO2 LASER CUTTING
We have extremely sophisticated machines for paper laser cutting. We love performing laser related jobs with intricate details at top speed.
